Please note that we can only amend order data prior to ordering pickup – usually this is before 10 am of the day following your day of order. After this you need to place your request of change directly with the courier company, based on their \u00a0notification e-mail about your delivery.<\/p>\n\n Is it possible to pick up my wines personally?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Yes, you can, with prior notification sent to Somlo Wine Shop. Contact us to arrange this on info@govolcanic.hu or via phone, +36 303388993.<\/p>\n\n Can I order delivery outside of Hungary?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Yes, we ship to all EU member states.<\/p>\n\n For shipments outside the EU please contact us via e-mail : info@govolcanic.hu as we need to arrange customs clearance of the wines prior to dispatch.<\/p>\n\n When will I receive my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n A standard national delivery is like this:

\nYou place your order on working day A, before 5 pm ( e.g. Monday) . \u00a0A courier picks up your parcel on working day B. ( e.g. Tuesday ) then delivers the next day , C ( e.g. Wednesday )<\/p>\n\n Orders are not handled on bank holidays or weekends. The process is as follows \u00a0for these cases: You place your order over a weekend – or a holiday. The Courier will pick up the parcel only on the first working day following this holiday period.
