Should you require additional, value-based insurance please contact us on info@govolcanic.hu. Important! We subcontract shipping to two selected couriers, both of which accepts damage claims for wine, if the bottles are sufficiently protected,  according to their safety terms. That is why we use special packaging for bottles. This adds to our shipping costs, but in exchange, it ensures a very low percentage in breakages. Should there be breakage despite this, to claim any compensation, we will need to prove, that the quality of packaging was in compliance to the courier&#8217;s regulations. Therefore when making a breakage-compensation claim, please make sure you supply photograps of both content and packaging.
