This premium-quality wine was carefully destemmed and pressed before undergoing spontaneous fermentation in a 320-liter steel tank. Over the winter and spring, it developed beautifully, and by summer, it was decided that a few months of barrel aging would further enrich its flavor profile. The wine spent two and a half months in a 300-liter Zempl\u00e9n oak barrel with M+ toasting before being transferred back to the tank.
