The barrel-fermented version of the winery’s Rock-Paper-Scissors series, in which the winery processes their welschriesling ( olaszrizling ) in three different ways. In the 2021 vintage the “Rock” turned into a “gem” – as the wine turned out to be a sweet one and since it is from volcanic Somlo, at the same time, it is also salty. A real, once in a lifetime curiosity, unlike any dessert wine you ever tasted.
