Monção and Melgaço. Currently, we produce wine from three white grape varieties (Alvarinho, Loureiro, Avesso) and one red grape variety (Alvarelhão) in three regions of the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region. (…)

The Azores wines we import from the winery originate from Terceira Island, from the UNESCO Heritage site called Biscoitos. This volcanic wine region is super-tiny, the total wine-producing area is currently only 9 hectares.
