“I spontaneously fermented Tramini in 225L steam bent first and second fill Hungarian oak barrels (2/3) and steel tank (1/3), then aged for 4 months while stirring the fine broom. Its scent is dominated by flowers (roses) and linden honey, not overpowering or perfumed. It is characterized by understated elegance.
