“Bright pink grapefruit shade. Its aroma is guided by juicy forest fruits, raspberries, with flowers. The taste is fresh lime, ripe cherries and plums, nectarine and herbal notes. It is characterized by bright acids and fine, soft bubbles. Full of fruit, endearing character, the aftertaste is sufficiently long. We recommend it to those, who are attracted to spontaneity.
Composition: 51% chardonnay, 34% furmint, 8% pinot blanc, 7% Blaufränkisch
Maturation period: minimum 22-24 months
Dosage: 8 grams/litre
