“On the nose it opens with the fragrance of wet flintstone, almost immediately supplemented with the discreet combination of honey and lime. This goes on into the taste also, where the honey gets a bit stronger, with a ripe-yellow emphasis, which is complemented nicely by the salty terroir notes. Occasionally white flesh fruits pop up, mainly peach and pear. The aftertaste is bittery-salty, very Somló.
