“Blend of furmint and harslevelu grapes, our winery’s entry level wine. 70% Furmint, 30% Harslevelu, Crus: Mad: Kozephegy, Betsek, Tokaj: Teleki, Tarcal: Elohegy. Hand harvested, spontaneous fermentation, 95% in barrels, 5% in stainless steel. Ageing : 95% for 7 months in barrels , on fine leese, 5% in stainless.” – Source: Zsirai Winery
