Baráth Borműhely
I cultivate two hectares of land on the south side of Somló (Apátsági dűlő), from 2020 – from the beginning – organically. After the 3-year transition, I can mark the 2023 vintages with the organic wine logo.
I am currently working with Juhfark, Olaszrizling, Furmint and a small amount of Cserszegi Fűszeres varieties.
I appreciate the old capitals, which provide concentrated, complex wines.
I consider the yield restriction applied to the given batch to be a guarantee of quality.
