Hand-harvested with bunch-selection on one day: 4th October 2021. De-stemmed berries soaked on skin for one day, then the juice spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. Transferred to small oak barrels after fermentation until bottling in February next year. The character of the wine is cool, typical of the variety, underpinned by the growing area’s soil pannonic minerals.
